- Interior finishing is entirely up to you!
Foundation:
- Monolithic pour with 12″ footings.
- Uses 25% less concrete than red iron.
- Anchor bolts are galvanized and come with drill bits needed to drill into your dry cement.
- Plans included with your engineering drawings.
Your Price Includes:
- Delivery to jobsite.

Not Included:
- Concrete or footings.
- Erection. (We can help you find an erector.)
